家長及照顧者 Parents and Carers

治療師會為以下群組之家長及照顧者或主題提供表達藝術治療服務

• 有情緒支援需要（例如有抑鬱或焦慮症狀）之家長及照顧者
• 有特殊學習需要之兒童或青少年之家長及照顧者
• 初為家長或照顧者之成人

治療師會按照參加者的需要與狀態調整資料目標及方向，以下內容可供參考（但不限於）：

• 自我關懷、紓緩壓力
• 探索作為母親與自己的母親的關係
• 覺察及表達情緒，抒發內在感受
• 建立支援網絡
• 認識自己，了解自己的需要
• 學習設立健康的界線

The therapist will provide expressive arts therapy services to the following groups of parents and carers or topics:

• Parents and carers with emotional support needs (e.g., having symptoms of depression or anxiety)
• Parents and carers of children or adolescents with special learning needs (SEN)
• New parents or carer

The therapist will adjust the objectives and directions of the therapy sessions based on the participant(s)' needs and conditions. The following objectives can be considered (but not limited to): 

• Self-care and stress relief
• Exploring the relationship between being a mother and one's own mother
• increasing awareness and expression of emotion inner feelings
• Building a mutual support network
• Self-discovery and aware of personal needs
• Setting healthy boundaries
